Our flexible cancellation policy means you can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior without incurring any costs. 

The more notice you give us, the more able we'll be to offer up your timeslot to someone else in need until you can reschedule.

If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be invoiced to you.
